Carmel
Keane
Carmel Keane is the co-founder and Director of Parenting Programmes at The
Learning Junction.
Carmel has extensive experience in the delivery of work/life
and parenting programmes throughout Europe and Australasia.
She is an expert on the issues facing modern working parents
and the challenges they face today.
Carmel has authored several publications including The
Parenting with Confidence programme which has been delivered
to thousands of people throughout Europe and Australasia.
As a seminar presenter, Carmel is highly skilled and is known
for her enthusiastic and practical approach to life.
Carmel is herself a wife and mother and has personal knowledge
and understanding of the issues facing working parents.
Carmel holds several professional qualifications including a
Degree in Adult Education, and a Diploma in Life and Business
Coaching. She has worked extensively in health and
education and is an accredited member of the European Coaching
Institute.
David Keane,
PhD
David Keane is the co-founder and Managing
Director of The Learning Junction. Dr Keane is an authority on helping
organisations gain alignment between the personal goals of
employees and organisational objectives.
Over a period of 20 years, David has personally delivered training to over 10,000 people in Ireland, Canada,
and Australasia. He has authored over 40 publications on
various management topics.
He has extensive management consulting experience including
work with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Consulting.
David creates wonderful
learning experiences for his clients and has consistently been
highly ranked by participants throughout the world.
He is married to Carmel and
is a dad.
Niamh Farrell
Niamh Farrell is the General Manager of The Learning Junction
in Ireland.
A working mother herself, Niamh has over 10 years project
management experience in the Human Resources, Education,
Advertising, and Publishing industries and has professional
qualifications in social science and business.
Niamh has extensive knowledge of the corporate and government
training sectors in Ireland.
As a General Manager for The Learning Junction, Niamh is
responsible for all sales and client management activities in
Ireland.
Associate
Network
The Learning Junction has an Associate Network of
independent educators throughout Ireland, the UK, Australia,
and New Zealand. These
associates have undergone extensive training with The Learning
Junction, are skilled in our
LINK™
Learning Method, and are responsible for the delivery of our
workshops.
